DELKO - 100g
Mixture in powder for preparing pickles for sterilized cucumbers and vegetables.
Use:
Prepare the infusion from 1.75 l of water, 0.5 l of vinegar (8%) and 100 g of Delka. If we want to have a sweet and sour pickle, we add 100-120 g of sugar, for diabetics it is possible to replace sugar with an artificial sweetener. Bring the prepared mixture to a boil, cook for 3-5 minutes and let cool. Fill the prepared jars with cucumbers with the marinade, close with a lid and sterilize (sterilization is not necessary). This pickle can also be used for other types of vegetables and mushrooms, which should be boiled in salted water, allowed to cool and then stored in glass jars like pickles.
