Wheat flour is one of the most important ingredients in baking. Czech flour is unique, as it's sold according to the roughness of the milling. With this quality flour, you'll get great results whatever you're cooking.
Each type of flour is enriched with B-vitamins (including B1 thiamine, B2 riboflavin, B3 niacin, B6 pyridoxine and B9 folic acid) and trace elements (Se, Zn, Mg, Fe). Sold in 1kg packets, the flour lasts 9 months.
The flour is produced by one of the biggest manufacturers of grain mill products in the Czech Republic, using an 18,000-ton capacity grain silo to process 300 tons of food quality wheat and rye each day — following the traditions of the Předměřice Mill started in 1890 by master miller Josef Voženílek.
